CXCL3 (also known as dendritic cell inflammatory protein 1) is a CXC chemokine that signals through CXCR2 to drive neutrophil recruitment and plays a key role in inflammatory and tumor microenvironment biology. This tag-free recombinant mouse CXCL3 (residues 28–100), representing the mature protein sequence, demonstrates confirmed signaling potency in a chemotaxis bioassay using human CXCR2-transfected HEK293 cells at a functional concentration range of 10–100 ng/ml, providing a suitable basis for chemotaxis/migration assays, NF-κB and MAPK pathway activation studies, and in vivo mouse models of inflammation or tumor biology. Endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg minimize LPS-driven artifacts that can confound neutrophil and immune cell functional readouts, making this preparation appropriate for sensitive cell-based assays and as a reference standard in cytokine detection platforms such as ELISA. Expressed in *E. coli* with >97% purity by SDS-PAGE, this protein also supports antibody development workflows including immunization, coating antigen use, and Western blot positive controls.
