Review: The Mouse-AMH Elisa Kit CSB-E13156m was used to detect AMH levels in fresh mouse serum samples. The pre-experiment standard curve fitting result was very good, with the OD value of the standard curve ranging from 0.15 to 1.97 and R2=0.9998. The difference between intra-group replicate wells was also small, and the overall performance was stable. It is a very good kit among those used.

Review: The standard curve OD range is 0.131-1.7115, 0-14ng/ml. This kit does not have a dilution buffer. Generally, serum and plasma samples are tested undiluted. This kit is quite special; only when the sample concentration is indeed more than 10 times higher than the upper limit should dilution be considered.
