Description |
This Human CSF2RB recombinant protein was produced in mammalian cell, where the gene sequence encoding Human CSF2RB (17-443aa) was expressed with the C-terminal 6xHis tag. The purity of this CSF2RB protein was greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The activity has been validated. As a β subunit shared by three cytokine receptors of IL-3, GM-CSF and IL-5, CSF2RB mainly plays the role of signaling cytokines. There are many studies on hematological diseases. CSF2RB promotes both proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic cells, and plays an important role in maintaining the balance of proliferation, differentiation and self-renewal of hematopoietic cells. Further research on the structure and function of CSF2RB is conducive to the exploration of the malignant proliferation mechanism of leukemia cells, and lays a foundation for further research and treatment strategies for leukemia from the receptor/ligand molecular level. CSF2RB protein can be used as a specific marker protein for the diagnosis of prostate cancer bone metastasis, which makes the diagnosis of prostate cancer bone metastasis more accurate and rapid. The CSF2RB protein can also be used as a molecular drug for the preparation of prostate cancer bone metastasis, and provides a new therapeutic approach for prostate cancer bone metastasis. |
Purity | Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. |
Endotoxin | Less than 1.0 EU/ug as determined by LAL method. |
Activity | Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized CSF2RB at 2 μg/mL can bind anti-CSF2RB antibody(CSB-RA006047A0HU), the EC50 is 0.1594-0.3046 ng/mL. |

Buffer | Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered 20 mM Tris-HCl, 0.5 M NaCl, 6% Trehalose, pH 8.0 |
Reconstitution | We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference. |
Troubleshooting and FAQs |
Protein FAQs |
Storage Condition | Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
Shelf Life | The shelf life is related to many factors, storage state, buffer ingredients, storage temperature
and the stability of the protein itself. Generally, the shelf life of liquid form is 6 months at -20°C/-80°C. The shelf life of lyophilized form is 12 months at -20°C/-80°C. |
Lead Time | Basically, we can dispatch the products out in 3-7 working days after receiving your orders. Delivery time may differ from different purchasing way or location, please kindly consult your local distributors for specific delivery time. |
Notes | Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended. Store working aliquots at 4°C for up to one week. |
