Reconstitution

We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

Storage Condition

Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shelf Life

The shelf life is related to many factors, storage state, buffer ingredients, storage temperature and the stability of the protein itself.

Description

NCR3LG1 serves as a ligand for the natural cytotoxicity receptor NKp30 (NCR3), a key activating receptor on natural killer cells that regulates cytotoxic responses against tumor and virus-infected cells. This cynomolgus macaque ortholog, spanning residues 25–259 and expressed in mammalian cells to preserve native glycosylation and disulfide architecture, demonstrates quantifiable binding to immobilized NCR3 with an EC50 of 7.4–11.2 ng/mL in functional ELISA, providing a validated basis for ligand-receptor interaction studies and competitive inhibition assays. The measured affinity supports its use in screening blocking antibodies, epitope mapping of therapeutic candidates targeting the NCR3–NCR3LG1 axis, and small-molecule inhibitor discovery aimed at modulating NK cell activation. Purity exceeding 95% by SDS-PAGE and endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg meet the quality thresholds commonly required for surface plasmon resonance, biolayer interferometry, and cell-based functional assays in immunology research.
