Description
CUSABIO's product CSB-PA07519A0Rb is a polyclonal antibody raised in rabbits against the recombinant human Cadherin-5 (CDH5) protein (349-569AA). This CDH5 antibody is an unconjugated IgG. Its purity is greater than 95% using protein G purified. It is reactive with CDH5 protein of human- and mouse-origin. And it is available in ELISA, WB, and IF applications. The target protein CDH5 confers the cells the ability to adhere in a homophilic manner and plays a role in endothelial adherens junction assembly and maintenance. It is essential for proper vascular development.
