CUSABIO produces the PLIN4 antibody by immunizing rabbits with the recombinant human PLIN4 protein (308-418AA). The resulting antibody is a polyclonal antibody and occurs as an unconjugated IgG. Its purity is greater than 95% using protein G purified. It only shows reactivity with human PLIN4 protein, also known as S3-12, which is highly expressed in white adipose tissue and coats lipid droplets in adipocytes to protect them from lipases. This PLIN4 antibody can be applied in ELISA, WB, IHC, and IF analyses. |
