Description
SELENOP polyclonal antibody CSB-PA021018LA01HU was produced in the rabbits immunized by using the Recombinant Human Selenoprotein P protein (20-381AA) as the immunogen. The target protein SELENOP is predominantly expressed in the liver and secreted into the plasma. It has been implicated as an extracellular antioxidant in defense properties of selenium or involved in the transport of selenium. Diseases associated with SELENOP include Keshan Disease and Colorectal Adenoma.
This Rabbit anti-Homo sapiens (Human) SELENOP Polyclonal antibody was tested in the ELISA, WB, IHC and IF applications. The non-conjugated IgG got purified by protein G and reached up to 95% in purity. It reacts with the SELENOP proteins of human or mouse-origin and may be used to detect the endogenous levels of SELENOP protein.
