Description
The recombinant Human KRT19 was expressed with the amino acid range of 1-400. This KRT19 protein is theoretically predicted to have a molecular weight of 48 kDa. This KRT19 recombinant protein is manufactured in baculovirus. The N-terminal 10xHis tag and C-terminal Myc tag was fused into the coding gene segment of KRT19, making it easier to detect and purify the KRT19 recombinant protein in the later stages of expression and purification.
The research related to KRT19 (Keratin, type I cytoskeletal 19) is currently focused on cancer studies. Its expression and functions in tumor cells have become hot topics, especially in the potential applications for early cancer diagnosis and treatment. Additionally, KRT19 is implicated in the study of biological processes such as cell signaling, cell adhesion, and migration. These research directions provide crucial insights into understanding the mechanisms of KRT19 in cancer development and potential therapeutic strategies.
