Reconstitution

We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

Storage Condition

Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Description

LYPD3 serves as a cell surface marker implicated in tumor progression and metastasis, making it a relevant target for cancer biology investigations. This cynomolgus macaque ortholog, spanning residues 32–293 and produced in mammalian cells to preserve native glycosylation, demonstrates robust antibody-binding activity with an EC50 of 0.88–1.69 ng/mL in functional ELISA, confirming its suitability for antibody screening, epitope mapping studies, and immunoassay development. The protein meets the purity and endotoxin criteria typical for binding assays and cell-based functional studies, with >95% purity by SDS-PAGE and <1.0 EU/μg endotoxin.
