CCL15 (Leukotactin-1) is a potent CC chemokine that signals through CCR1 and CCR3 to recruit monocytes, T cells, and eosinophils, making it a key mediator in inflammatory cell trafficking. This tag-free recombinant form, spanning the mature active region (residues 46–113), drives chemotaxis of human T-lymphocytes at 1.0–10 ng/ml, providing a suitable basis for Transwell migration assays, CCR1/CCR3 receptor activation studies, and downstream MAPK or NF-κB signaling pathway analysis. Endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg minimize LPS-driven artifacts in sensitive immune cell assays, supporting use in primary leukocyte functional experiments and in vivo inflammation models where confounding innate immune activation must be controlled. Purity exceeding 98% by SDS-PAGE, combined with this stringent endotoxin profile, also satisfies the criteria typical for ELISA reference standards, antibody validation, and coating antigen applications in chemokine detection platforms.
