Description

The PLET1 polyclonal antibody production involves the repeated immunization of a rabbit with a recombinant human PLET1 protein. When a sufficient titer (antibody concentration) is obtained, the rabbit is bled and the antibodies are purified from the serum through protein G. The functionality of the resulting PLET1 antibody is tested in ELISA and WB applications. And it can react with human PLET1 protein.

PLET1 is an orphan GPI-anchored surface protein, contributing to cell migration following injury and playing a pivotal role in tissue repair when the intestinal epithelium is damaged. Additionally, PLET1 is a critical factor in directing the differentiation of the trophoblast lineage.
