Description
ABCB1 polyclonal antibody CSB-PA11737A0Rb was produced in the rabbit immunized by using the Recombinant Human Multidrug resistance protein 1 protein (236-297AA) as the immunogen. The target protein ABCB1, a member of the superfamily of ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters, is an ATP-dependent drug efflux pump for xenobiotic compounds with broad substrate specificity. It is responsible for decreased drug accumulation in multidrug-resistant cells. Diseases associated with ABCB1 include Colchicine Resistance and Inflammatory Bowel Disease 13.
This Rabbit anti-Homo sapiens (Human) ABCB1 Polyclonal antibody was tested in the ELISA, IHC and IF applications. The non-conjugated IgG got purified by protein G and reached up to 95% in purity. It only reacts with the ABCB1 proteins of human-origin and may be used to detect the endogenous levels of ABCB1 protein.
