 Q&A
Q:

Can you confirm the viability of these proteins if they have reached room temperature? How long can they stay at room temperature before denaturing and how can we confirm their viability?

A:
Very nice to receive your inquiry. It is also related to the structure of the proteins. Generally there is no problem to place them at 2-8°C for a week.
There is no conclusion that how long proteins can maintain their stability and activity under room temperature. This is different for different proteins.
For these protein, we have not done stability test yet. We suggest you to perform SDS-PAGE first and then try to perform your experiment.
Pls feel free to contact us if you have further questions.
