Reconstitution

We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

Storage Condition

Description

LRRC15 is upregulated in cancer-associated fibroblasts and correlates with tumor progression in multiple solid malignancies, making it a target of interest for stromal biology and immunotherapy research. This mammalian-expressed construct spanning residues 22–538 captures the complete leucine-rich repeat ectodomain, and functional ELISA demonstrates specific antibody binding with an EC50 of 12.18–15.75 ng/mL, confirming native epitope presentation suitable for antibody development and validation workflows. The quantified binding activity supports use in cell adhesion and spreading assays where LRRC15-mediated interactions govern fibroblast behavior, as well as in tumor metastasis models examining stromal-tumor crosstalk. Purity exceeding 90% by SDS-PAGE and endotoxin below 1.0 EU/μg align with standards expected in cell-based migration and invasion assays, where low endotoxin is critical to avoid confounding inflammatory responses.
