Reconstitution

We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

Storage Condition

Description

NCR3LG1 (B7-H6) functions as a tumor-associated ligand that activates natural killer cells through NKp30 (NCR3) binding, making it a target of interest in cancer immunotherapy and NK cell biology. This biotinylated variant, spanning residues 25–262 and expressed in mammalian cells to preserve native glycosylation patterns, demonstrates robust binding to immobilized NCR3 with an EC50 of 111.3–303.1 ng/mL in functional ELISA, directly validating its capacity to support receptor-ligand interaction assays, competitive inhibition studies, and therapeutic antibody epitope mapping. The protein also binds an anti-NCR3LG1 antibody with an EC50 of 0.4364–0.5147 ng/mL, confirming conformational integrity suitable for blocking antibody screening and affinity characterization by surface plasmon resonance or biolayer interferometry.
