Buffer
If the delivery form is liquid, the default storage buffer is Tris/PBS-based buffer, 5%-50% glycerol.

Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.
Storage Condition
Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid
repeated freeze-thaw
cycles.
Shelf Life
The shelf life is related to many factors, storage state, buffer ingredients, storage
temperature
and the stability of the protein itself.
Generally, the shelf life of liquid form is 6 months at -20°C/-80°C. The shelf life of lyophilized
form is 12 months at -20°C/-80°C.

Description
Recombinant Human Tumor necrosis factor-inducible gene 6 protein (TNFAIP6) is a partial length protein expressed with an N-terminal 6xHis-tagged in the E.coli. Its expression region corresponds to 18-277aa of human TNFAIP6 protein. Its purity was determined by SDS-PAGE and reached up to 96%. This recombinant TNFAIP6 protein may be used to synthesize antibodies against TNFAIP6 or on the studies of TNFAIP6-associated signal transduction. TNFAIP6 proteins in-stock are available.
TNFAIP6 is a secretory protein that contains a hyaluronan-binding domain. The hyaluronan-binding domain is involved in extracellular matrix stability and cell migration. This protein is possibly involved in cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions during inflammation and tumorigenesis. TNFAIP6 related diseases include Arthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis. Its related pathways are Akt Signaling and Innate Immune System.
