Reconstitution

We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

Storage Condition

Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shelf Life

Description

Thymic stromal lymphopoietin orchestrates type 2 immune responses by activating dendritic cells and promoting Th2 differentiation, making it a central mediator in allergic inflammation and asthma pathogenesis. This recombinant cynomolgus TSLP, spanning the complete mature protein sequence (aa 29–159), demonstrates quantifiable receptor engagement with an EC50 of 47.21–52.37 ng/mL in a functional ELISA against anti-TSLP antibody, providing a validated basis for cell-based activation assays with primary dendritic cells or PBMCs and for antibody development workflows requiring a coating antigen or immunogen. The endotoxin level below 1.0 EU/μg satisfies the purity and endotoxin criteria typical for immune cell functional studies, where LPS contamination would confound TSLP-specific signaling through JAK/STAT pathways. Purity exceeding 95% by SDS-PAGE, combined with the C-terminal His tag, supports use in downstream applications including ELISA standard curves and Western blot controls for cynomolgus TSLP detection.
