Reconstitution

We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

Storage Condition

Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shelf Life

Description

TSLP initiates type 2 immune responses by engaging a heterodimeric receptor complex, making quantitative assessment of receptor binding essential for modeling allergic inflammation and epithelial–immune crosstalk. This biotinylated cynomolgus macaque TSLP, spanning the full mature sequence (aa 29–159), demonstrates robust binding to its cognate receptor CRLF2 with an EC50 of 2.698–3.710 ng/mL in functional ELISA, providing a quantitative benchmark for cell-based activation assays using primary dendritic cells or PBMC to study Th2 polarization and cytokine secretion profiles. The protein also binds an anti-TSLP monoclonal antibody with an EC50 of 11.71–21.61 ng/mL, supporting its use as a coating antigen in antibody development workflows and as a positive control in ELISA or Western blot validation of TSLP detection reagents. With endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg and purity exceeding 90%, this preparation meets the quality thresholds commonly required for immune cell functional assays where LPS contamination would confound interpretation of TSLP-driven signaling through JAK/STAT pathways.
