TSLP

Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin (TSLP), also known as a thymic stroma-derived cytokine, is a protein encoded by the TSLP gene. It can act as a pleiotropic cytokine, activating T cells and dendritic cells. TSLP is involved in the JAK - STAT signaling pathway, which is crucial for immune regulation.
TSLP is associated with various diseases, including allergic asthma and atopic dermatitis. Given its role in these diseases, TSLP has become an important target in drug development. Several TSLP - targeting biologics are currently in different stages of clinical trials, aiming to alleviate symptoms and improve patient outcomes.

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized human TSLP(R127A,R130A) at 2 μg/ml can bind Anti-TSLP recombinant antibody(CSB-RA025141MA2HU). The EC₅₀ is 52.55-58.67 ng/mL.

(Tris-Glycine gel) Discontinuous SDS-PAGE (reduced) with 5% enrichment gel and 15% separation gel.

The purity of TSLP was greater than 95% as determined by SEC-HPLC

IHC image of CSB-RA025141MA1HU diluted at 1：100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human liver tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-human polymer IgG labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.
