Conjugate Avi-tag Biotinylated
E. coli biotin ligase (BirA) is highly specific in covalently attaching biotin to the 15 amino acid AviTag peptide. This recombinant protein was biotinylated in vivo by AviTag-BirA technology, which method is BriA catalyzes amide linkage between the biotin and the specific lysine of the AviTag.

Tag Info
Tag type will be determined during the manufacturing process.
The tag type will be determined during production process. If you have specified tag type, please tell us and we will develop the specified tag preferentially.
Form
Lyophilized powder
Note: We will preferentially ship the format that we have in stock, however, if you have any special requirement for the format, please remark your requirement when placing the order, we will prepare according to your demand.
Buffer before Lyophilization
Tris/PBS-based buffer, 6% Trehalose, pH 8.0
Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.
Troubleshooting and FAQs
Storage Condition
Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Shelf Life
The shelf life is related to many factors, storage state, buffer ingredients, storage temperature and the stability of the protein itself.
Generally, the shelf life of liquid form is 6 months at -20°C/-80°C. The shelf life of lyophilized form is 12 months at -20°C/-80°C.
Lead Time
Delivery time may differ from different purchasing way or location, please kindly consult your local distributors for specific delivery time.
Note: All of our proteins are default shipped with normal blue ice packs, if you request to ship with dry ice, please communicate with us in advance and extra fees will be charged.
Notes
Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended. Store working aliquots at 4°C for up to one week.

Target Background

Function
Cytokine that is chemotactic for neutrophils.
Gene References into Functions
  1. Findings provide evidence that CCL1 possibly contributes to 5-fluorouracil/paclitaxel chemoresistance in CT26 colorectal cell line via TGF-beta and nuclear factor-kappa B signaling pathways. PMID: 28934847
  2. Sca-1(+) progenitor cells found to exhibit increased migration was associated with elevated levels of chemokines, CCL2 (chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 2) and CXCL1 (chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 1), and their corresponding receptors. PMID: 27300479
  3. Study reports showing that I. ricinus saliva can increase the production of three chemokines, CCL1, CCL2 and CXCL2. This upregulation reflects Th2 polarization of the host immunity due to the effect of tick saliva and in the case of CCL2 probably facilitates tick engorgement in the late, rapid feeding phase. PMID: 25545116
  4. Our data indicate that estradiol is important in regulating the effects of keratinocyte growth factor on mouse uterine epithelial cell secretion of CCL20 and CXCL1. PMID: 24807244
  5. CCL-1 is one of the key molecules in pathogenesis in neuropathic pain. PMID: 23788036
  6. These data identify a novel function for CCL1-CCR8 in metastasis and lymph node LECs as a critical checkpoint for the entry of metastases into the lymph nodes. PMID: 23878309
  7. Egr2-deficient mast cells were incapable of directing CD4(+) T cell migration via the CCL1-CCR8 axis. PMID: 23536637
  8. results indicate that CCL1 released from M2bM is essentially required for the maintenance of their properties PMID: 22730547
  9. C-terminal clipping of chemokine CCL1/I-309 enhances CCR8-mediated intracellular calcium release and anti-apoptotic activity PMID: 22479563
  10. These findings reveal the importance of CXCL1 produced by hematopoietic and resident cells in regulating pulmonary host defense against a bacterial pathogen PMID: 20937845
  11. neutralization of CCL1 can be used as an adjuvant to antitumor immunotherapy, as a means of reversing the immunosuppressive function of Tregs without compromising T cell effector function. PMID: 20483762
  12. increased responsivenss of murine eosiophils to TCA-3 is mediated by CCR8 receptor in mice PMID: 12050188
  13. After stimulation via high-affinity FcepsilonRI, the transcriptional levels of I-309 (CCL1), MIP-1alpha (CCL3) and MIP-1beta (CCL4) were found among the 10 most increased human and mouse transcripts from approximately 12 000 genes PMID: 12393595
  14. CCL1 is involved in the recruitment of eosinophils in several models of allergic inflammation, but it is not important for the recruitment of Th2 cells to the lung. PMID: 12707363
  15. Benzo(a)pyrene and an aryl hydrocarbon receptor agonist enhance activitity of te Ccl1 promoter. PMID: 16679317
  16. These data demonstrate that the chemokine TCA3/CCL1 is important to the pathogenesis of ischemic injury of experimental partial liver grafts. PMID: 17164723
  17. Mast cell-derived CCL1- and CCR8-expressing CD4-positive effector T lymphocytes play an essential role in orchestrating lung mucosal inflammatory responses. PMID: 17641040
  18. CCR8/CCL1 interaction may play a role in type 1 diabetes through macrophage recruitment and activation PMID: 17947648
  19. lovastatin-induced increase in regulatory T cells in inflamed skin was dependent on expression of CCL1, that is locally up-regulated by statin administration. PMID: 18714025
  20. In a novel mechanism, IL-12 augments naive CD8 T cell activation by facilitating CCL1 production by dendritic cells, thus promoting more stable cognate interactions during priming. PMID: 19050277
