CD37, a tetraspanin enriched on B cells and implicated in lymphoma pathogenesis, forms multimeric complexes that regulate immune cell signaling and migration, making native quaternary structure essential for functional studies. This full-length protein (aa 1–281) is presented as virus-like particles that preserve the native membrane topology and tetramer assembly characteristic of tetraspanins, enabling physiologically relevant binding interactions. Functional ELISA validation demonstrates specific antibody recognition with an EC50 of 7.458–9.930 ng/mL against an anti-CD37 recombinant antibody, confirming proper epitope presentation and supporting use in antibody development campaigns, immune cell trafficking studies, and tumor metastasis models where CD37-mediated cell–cell interactions drive disease progression. Endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg align with standards expected in cell-based migration and invasion assays where inflammatory contamination would confound readouts of CD37's role in B-cell malignancies.
