Mastering ELISA Techniques: Principles, Standard Curve Drawing & Data Analysis
March 19, 2025
Protein expression optimization is essential for advancing biomedical research and therapeutic development, yet achieving consistent, high-quality results demands a strategic balance of system selection, design innovation, and process refinement. This webinar provides a comprehensive overview of adaptable approaches to overcome common challenges—low yields, aggregation, and inefficient folding—across diverse protein types. Learn how to align your target’s unique requirements with the strengths of prokaryotic, eukaryotic, or cell-free platforms, ensuring optimal solubility and functionality and explore principles for intelligent vector design, including codon optimization, fusion tags, and promoter systems, to enhance expression efficiency without compromising protein integrity.
CUSABIO Protein Expression Platform has established recombinant expression systems from prokaryotic (E. coli) to eukaryotic (Yeast, mammalian cell and insect baculovirus), and has also built unique in vitro E. coil expression system, which enables us to express transmembrane proteins that are usually quite difficult to express. We will guide you through smarter strategies to tackle these challenges and harness protein expression’s full potential!
1. Strategic Host System Selection: Aligning protein complexity with optimal expression systems
2. Boosting Expression Efficiency & Yield: Rescuing 'difficult' proteins through signal peptides, fusion tags and validated strategies
3. From Bench to Reproducibility: Open-access resources for reproducible success
The webinar will be held three to accommodate our global audience.
