CXCL13 (BLC) is a critical B cell chemoattractant that orchestrates lymphocyte trafficking to secondary lymphoid organs, making it a key target in studies of germinal center formation, autoimmune pathology, and lymphoma biology. This tag-free recombinant human CXCL13, encompassing the full-length mature sequence (residues 23–109), drives chemotaxis of primary human B cells at 1.0–10 ng/ml, providing a suitable basis for Transwell migration assays, CXCR5 signaling pathway studies, and in vivo models of inflammation or tumor immune microenvironment remodeling. Endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg minimize LPS-driven artifacts that can confound immune cell activation readouts, satisfying the purity and endotoxin criteria typical for sensitive B cell functional assays, antibody validation workflows, and use as a reference standard in CXCL13 detection ELISAs. Produced in *E. coli* with greater than 97% purity by SDS-PAGE, this recombinant CXCL13 protein supports reliable dose–response characterization in chemotaxis and CXCR5-dependent MAPK or NF-κB activation experiments.
