Reconstitution

We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

Storage Condition

Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Lymphotoxin beta receptor mediates critical signals in lymphoid organogenesis and immune homeostasis, making its extracellular domain a key target for dissecting TNF superfamily interactions in primate models. This mammalian-expressed construct spanning residues 28–229 demonstrates quantifiable binding to biotinylated human TNFSF14 with an EC50 of 4.316–4.875 ng/mL in functional ELISA, providing a validated reagent for ligand-receptor interaction studies, competitive inhibition assays, and blocking antibody screening in cynomolgus macaque research. The C-terminal hFc1 tag facilitates immobilization in surface plasmon resonance and biolayer interferometry platforms, supporting affinity characterization and therapeutic antibody epitope mapping with direct relevance to translational primate pharmacology.
