PAG 1 polyclonal antibody CSB-PA644917LA01BO was produced in the rabbit immunized by using the Recombinant Bovine Pregnancy-associated glycoprotein 1 protein (54-380AA) as the immunogen. The target protein PAG 1 appears to be proteolytically inactive. It is expressed in trophoblast and placental tissue. It is produced specifically in the invasive binucleate cells of the placenta. It becomes detectable in maternal serum soon after implantation.
This PAG 1 Antibody was tested in the ELISA and WB. The non-conjugated IgG got purified by protein G and reached up to 95% in purity. It reacts with the PAG 1 proteins of bovine or human or rat-origin and may be used to detect the endogenous levels of PAG 1 protein.
