Reconstitution

We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

Description

Glypican-3 serves as a critical oncofetal antigen overexpressed in hepatocellular carcinoma and other malignancies, making it a high-priority target for cancer immunotherapy development and diagnostic antibody validation. This mammalian-expressed construct spanning residues 25–559 with an S359F mutation preserves native glycosylation patterns essential for authentic receptor interactions, and demonstrates a binding affinity of 6.32 nM to anti-GPC3 antibodies in biolayer interferometry assays—a quantitative benchmark that supports its use as a coating antigen for antibody validation, integrin-binding assays, and receptor interaction studies in cancer invasion models.
