Reconstitution

We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

Storage Condition

GLP-1R mediates incretin signaling central to glucose homeostasis and cardiovascular protection, yet capturing its native extracellular architecture remains technically demanding for binding studies. This mammalian-expressed fragment spanning residues 22–139 encompasses the N-terminal ligand-binding domain and demonstrates quantifiable antibody recognition in functional ELISA, with an EC50 of 8.630–10.66 ng/mL when immobilized at 2 μg/mL, providing a validated basis for therapeutic antibody epitope mapping, competitive inhibition screening, and receptor-ligand interaction assays by ELISA, SPR, or BLI.
