CUSABIO is committed to providing tools for basic scientific research and drug discovery and development. In 2024, we have:

● Developed a series of full-length multiple transmembrane proteins with complete structures and covering multiple genera, including CD79, CD47, TSHR, DLL3, GIPR, FOLR1, CCR5, IL2RG, etc. At present, the transmembrane proteins we have developed have reached more than 470, covering various popular research fields such as tumor, autoimmunity, metabolism, etc., which help transmembrane protein target drug development.

● Launched a set of highly efficient and versatile CAR positivity detection tools—Anti-Whitlow Linker Antibody and Anti-G4S Linker Antibody, which possess the advantages of simple operation, high specificity, and are not limited by antigen specificity, making them applicable to most CAR detections.

● Further enriched our range of anti-Payload antibodies, developing a variety of antibodies including DXD, SN38, DM1&DM4, MMAE&MMAF, Eribulin, and more. These antibodies cover the majority of Payload types and are essential for the analysis of plasma/serum pharmacokinetics of ADC drugs, determination of drug-binding affinity, DAR value analysis, and efficacy evaluation of ADC therapies.

● Developed the IS series of cytokine/biomarker detection ELISA kits using premium raw and auxiliary materials, with stringent quality control measures in place. These kits are tailored for industrial clients, including pharmaceutical firms, and are suitable for applications such as CRS testing, residual process material detection in drug intermediates, cell function assessment in pharmacokinetic studies, and quality control in cell therapy drug development, as well as pharmacodynamic testing.

We are committed to meeting all your research needs comprehensively. To date, we have developed over 13,000 recombinant proteins, over 67,000 antibodies, and over 4,000 ELISA kits, covering various fields including cancer, cardiovascular, cell biology, epigenetics, metabolism, immunology, neuroscience, and signal transduction. The number of publications citing our products by customers has exceeded 24,000.
