The recombinant FCGR2A monoclonal antibody is produced through a series of steps: first, sequencing the FCGR2A monoclonal antibody gene; second, incorporating the gene into a plasmid vector; third, introducing the recombinant vector into a host cell line; fourth, and finally, purifying the FCGR2A recombinant monoclonal antibody from the cell culture supernatant using affinity chromatography. The FCGR2A monoclonal antibody is derived from the FCGR2A antibody-producing hybridomas, using a synthesized peptide from human FCGR2A as the immunogen. The recombinant FCGR2A monoclonal antibody is highly recommended for ELISA and WB applications to detect human FCGR2A protein.
The FCGR2A protein, also known as CD32a, is a member of the Fc gamma receptor family and plays a key role in the immune response. Specifically, it is an activating receptor expressed on the surface of certain immune cells, such as macrophages, monocytes, and dendritic cells, where it binds to the Fc portion of immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibodies. This binding triggers a signaling cascade that leads to various cellular responses, including phagocytosis, antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC), and the release of inflammatory cytokines. The FCGR2A protein is thus an important mediator of the body's defense against pathogens and foreign substances.
