CXCL11 (I-TAC) is a potent CXCR3 ligand that drives Th1-biased lymphocyte trafficking, making it a critical tool for dissecting interferon-regulated immune responses. This tag-free recombinant mouse CXCL11, spanning the full mature sequence (22–100 aa), demonstrates confirmed chemotactic activity at 10–100 ng/ml in a migration bioassay using murine CXCR3-transfected 293 cells, providing a reliable basis for Transwell chemotaxis assays, CXCR3 signaling pathway studies involving MAPK or JAK/STAT activation, and in vivo models of inflammation or tumor immune infiltration. Endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg minimize LPS-driven artifacts that can confound cytokine-dependent readouts in primary T-cell activation or macrophage polarization experiments. Purity exceeding 98% by SDS-PAGE, combined with the low endotoxin profile, also supports use as a reference standard in cytokine detection assays or as a coating antigen for antibody validation by ELISA.
