1. The promotion is invalid in countries where it is prohibited by law. Entrants are responsible for determining if they are legally entitled to take part based on the laws of their country of residence.
2. Prize Redemption: If you are chosen as the winner, you will receive an email from CUSABIO ([email protected]) titled "Lucky Draw Winners" within 15 calendar days of the lucky draw, notifying you of your selection as winner and requesting your name and address details to which your prize should be delivered.
3. While the Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact all winners, in the event that the Promoter is unable to make contact with a winner, or where a winner does not respond to the Promoter in 15 calendar days since Promoter sends the email or in 30 calendar days since Promoter post the list of winners on website, the originally selected winner will forfeit the prize and the Promoter will award that prize to an alternative winner drawn from all remaining entries.
4. A winner's contact details (address and phone number) will be retained for 60 calendar days after notification as a winner to allow the Promoter to arrange for delivery of their Apple Watch and to deal with any queries from the winner. A winner can request for their contact details to be deleted before the expiry of this period by emailing [email protected], although the Promoter cannot be held responsible if such request means that it is unable to complete delivery of that winner's prize or assist them with any queries following deletion of their details.
5. Selection Process: The quality and number of an entrant's image will improve their chance of winning. Selection of winners will be conducted entirely at random from all valid entries received.
6. Bulk entries, entrants using multiple email accounts, numbers or via agents, third parties or organized groups will not be accepted. Entries received by any other means (e.g. post) will be rejected. Any person persistently trying to circumvent the entry process will be disqualified immediately. Again, Lucky Draw valid for end-user only.
7. The Prizes: Every 3 months we will draw 5 lucky winners and post the list of winners on website. There are 5 Apple Series 4 watches to be won every 3 months. A winner can choose either a Golden Aluminum Case with White Sport Band, Golden Aluminum Case with Pink Sport Band or Space Grey Aluminum Case with Black Sport Band.
8. Each prize is as stated, is not for exchange or resale, and no cash or other prize alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award alternative prizes of equal or greater value, should the advertised Apple Watches become unavailable for any reason.
9. The Promoter cannot be responsible in the event that it is unable to contact a winner, or a winner fails to receive their prize, as a result of them having provided inaccurate or incorrect contact/address details.
10. By submitting an image or content of review in the promotion, an entrant agrees to assign, free of charge, their image or content of review rights to the Promoter for marketing and promotional purposes for CUSABIO products worldwide and for a period of 5 years.
11. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of a prize, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend the promotion or amend these terms and conditions, at any stage, always endeavouring to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
12. Entry into the promotion shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to be bound by them.
13. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current data protection legislation.
