ACVRL1, also known as Activin Receptor-Like Kinase 1 (ALK1), is a crucial member of the Transforming Growth Factor β (TGF-β) superfamily. Structurally, it comprises a ligand-binding domain, a transmembrane region, and a serine/threonine kinase domain. ACVRL1 plays a pivotal role in endothelial cell differentiation, proliferation, and vascular development, serving as a positive regulator of angiogenesis. Upon ligand binding, ACVRL1 activates specific signaling pathways, such as the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) cascade, thereby regulating cellular processes like proliferation, differentiation, migration, and apoptosis. Additionally, ACVRL1 is involved in the activation of nuclear factor κB (NF-κB), crucial for modulating inflammatory and immune responses. IHC image of CSB-RA555022A0HU diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human liver cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4℃ overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit IgG polymer labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.
