pck2 Research Reagents

Phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase [GTP], mitochondrial is a protein in humans that is encoded by PCK2 gene. Catalyzes the conversion of oxaloacetate (OAA) to phosphoenolpyruvate (PEP), the rate-limiting step in the metabolic pathway that produces glucose from lactate and other precursors derived from the citric acid cycle.

The following pck2 reagents supplied by CUSABIO are manufactured under a strict quality control system. Multiple applications have been validated and solid technical support is offered.
