Form
Lyophilized powder
Note: We will preferentially ship the format that
we have in stock, however, if you have any special requirement for the format, please remark your
requirement when placing the order, we will prepare according to your demand.
Buffer
Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered PBS, 6% Trehalose, pH 7.4
Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.
Storage Condition
Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw
cycles.
Shelf Life
The shelf life is related to many factors, storage state, buffer ingredients, storage temperature
and the stability of the protein itself.
Generally, the shelf life of liquid form is 6 months at -20°C/-80°C. The shelf life of lyophilized
form is 12 months at -20°C/-80°C.
Lead Time
Basically, we can dispatch the products out in 3-7 working days after receiving your orders. Delivery time may differ from different purchasing way or location, please kindly consult your local distributors for specific delivery time.
Notes
Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended. Store working aliquots at 4°C for up to one week.

Description
This Dog CD20 (MS4A1) recombinant protein was produced in mammalian cell, where the gene sequence encoding dog MS4A1 (1-297aa) was expressed with the C-terminal 10xHis tag. The activity was measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. This dog MS4A1 recombinant protein was developed through the Virus-Like Particles (VLPs) Platform. It is a four-pass transmembrane protein.
The canine CD20 (MS4A1) protein is composed of 297 amino acids and is about 84.6% homologous to human CD20 protein. Its structure is also similar to that of human CD20, consisting of four hydrophobic transmembrane domains, one intracellular domain and two extracellular domains. composition, the N- and C-termini located within the cell membrane.
CD20 is an important differentiation antigen of B cells and is expressed in pre-B cells, mature B cells and activated B cells. In addition, CD20 molecules on germinal center B cells also have high expression. Besides being expressed in normal B cells, CD20 is also expressed in tumor cells such as lymphomas and leukemias derived from B cells, as well as in B cells involved in immune diseases and inflammatory diseases. So the CD20 antigen has become a target for the treatment of lymphoma, leukemia, melanoma and some autoimmune diseases. Canine CD20 is expressed in PBMCs and lymph nodes of healthy dogs, B cells of canine lymphoma, but not T-cell lymphoma cells, non-T, and non-B-cell lymphoma cells.
