ACVR2B, also referred to as ActR-IIB or MGC116908, part of the TGF-β superfamily, is a type II transmembrane serine/threonine kinase receptor. This receptor is widely expressed in various tissues, with particularly high levels found on tumor cells. ACVR2B functions by binding to Activin A, which then recruits and phosphorylates type I Activin receptors, such as ALK4 or ALK7, to activate the SMAD2/3 signaling pathway. This pathway regulates cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration. The expression levels of ACVR2B are closely associated with tumor growth, metastasis, and treatment response, making it a significant biomarker for evaluating tumor treatment and prognosis.
Recombinant Human/Cynomolgus Activin receptor type-2B (ACVR2B), partial (Active) (CSB-MP623829HU)
Validated Data
(Tris-Glycine gel) Discontinuous SDS-PAGE (reduced) with 5% enrichment gel and 15% separation gel.
Activity
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human ACVR2B at 2 μg/ml can bind Anti-ACVR2A&ACVR2B recombinant antibody (CSB-RA623829MA1HU). The EC50 is 2.983-3.438 ng/mL.
The purity of ACVR2B was greater than 90% as determined by SEC-HPLC

ACVR2B Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (CSB-RA260702A0HU)
Validated Data
IHC image of CSB-RA260702A0HU diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human breast cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4℃ overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit IgG polymer labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.
