Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%<15%
Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<15%
Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.
To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of fish IGF-1 in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

The recovery of fish IGF-1 spiked to levels throughout the range of the assay in various matrices was evaluated. Samples were diluted prior to assay as directed in the Sample Preparation section.

This Fish IGF-1 ELISA Kit was designed for the quantitative measurement of Fish IGF-1 protein in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates. It is a Competitive ELISA kit, its detection range is 25 pg/mL-2000 pg/mL and the sensitivity is 31.25 pg/mL.
There are currently no reviews for this product.
I want to use Fish Igf-1 ELISA kit for fish's liver homogenate.
In the protocol of the kit, for tissue homogenates, after homogenizing, stored overnight at -20oC. After 2 freeze-thaw cycles, centrifuge the homogenates.I do not understand too much about this. It means I have wait for 2 days to homogenate 2 sample (homogenate-> store -20oC-> thaw-> store 20oC -> thaw-> centrifuge)? Can you explain for me. Thanks!
Can you let me know in which buffer the samples should be diluted?
This is not written in de manual!
In the current protocol nothing is mentioned about an extraction of IGF-1 from binding proteins. This is generally a necessary procedure to properly measure IGF-1. Is an extraction, and if so which, recommended by Cusabio? Is this procedure in the most recent protocol?
