CUSABIO immunized an animal with a human NFKBIA-derived peptide to stimulate an immune response. After that, B cells were isolated from the immunized animal and then fused with myeloma cells to form hybridoma cells. A single hybridoma cell clone that produces the desired NFKBIA-specific antibody was screened and selected. Extract RNA from the selected hybridoma cells. The genes that encode the NFKBIA antibody's heavy and light chains were isolated and amplified using reverse transcription PCR techniques. The isolated NFKBIA antibody variable regions were cloned into an expression vector, which is transfected into a host system for expression. The NFKBIA recombinant monoclonal antibodies were purified using affinity chromatography from the cell culture supernatant. The binding specificity and affinity of the recombinant monoclonal NFKBIA antibody were confirmed using ELISA, WB, IHC, and IP applications. This antibody recognizes human NFKBIA protein.
