CYP7A1 Research Reagents

Cholesterol 7-alpha-monooxygenase is a protein in humans that is encoded by CYP7A1 gene. Catalyzes a rate-limiting step in cholesterol catabolism and bile acid biosynthesis by introducing a hydrophilic moiety at position 7 of cholesterol. Important for cholesterol homeostasis.

The following CYP7A1 reagents supplied by CUSABIO are manufactured under a strict quality control system. Multiple applications have been validated and solid technical support is offered.
