CCL19, also known as C-C motif chemokine ligand 19, has alternative names including ELC, CKb11, MIP3B, MIP-3b, and SCYA19. CCL19 is a secreted protein belonging to the CC chemokine family. It functions by specifically binding to the chemokine receptor CCR7.
CCL19 is highly expressed in thymus and lymph nodes, moderately expressed in trachea and colon, and less so in stomach, small intestine, lung, kidney, and spleen. CCL19 plays a role in normal lymphocyte recirculation and homing, facilitating T cell transport in the thymus and migration of T cells and B cells to secondary lymphoid organs. Additionally, CCL19 is involved in immune regulation and inflammatory processes, influencing the release of antiviral-related cytokines by immune cells, promoting T cell proliferation, and enhancing antigen uptake by dendritic cells.
Recombinant Human C-C motif chemokine 19 (CCL19) (CSB-EP859522HU)
Validated Data
(Tris-Glycine gel) Discontinuous SDS-PAGE (reduced) with 5% enrichment gel and 15% separation gel.
CCL19 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (CSB-RA859522A0HU)
Validated Data
IHC image of CSB-RA859522A0HU diluted at 1:155 and staining in paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4℃ overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
