CD247 is a protein found on the surface of T cells and natural killer cells. It consists of a large extracellular cytoplasmic domain and a small short cytoplasmic tail. It interacts with other molecules in the T cell receptor (TCR) complex, forming a complete signaling complex and playing a pivotal role in signal transduction. When the T cell receptor binds to an antigen, CD247 interacts with other CD3 chains, such as CD3γ, CD3δ, CD3ε, as well as T cell receptor α and β chains, forming the TCR-CD3 complex. This complex activates T cells through intracellular signaling pathways, leading to an immune response against the antigen. Phosphorylation of CD247 and its interaction with other intracellular signaling molecules are critical steps in T cell receptor signal transduction. It helps regulate and activate T cells, enabling them to mount effective immune responses against infections, tumor cells, and other abnormal cells. Therefore, CD247 plays a crucial role in maintaining the function of the immune system, resisting diseases, and preserving health.

IHC image of CSB-RA977797A0HU diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human lung cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit IgG polymer labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.
