HIDE1, full name HECT domain and RCC1-like domain-containing protein 1, has no widely recognized common aliases. It is a conserved protein mainly expressed in the cytoplasm and nucleus, involved in regulating cell cycle progression, protein ubiquitination and cellular stress response, maintaining normal cell growth and functional stability.
Abnormal HIDE1 expression is closely associated with malignant tumors, including lung cancer and hepatocellular carcinoma, and its dysregulation may promote tumor cell proliferation and invasion. Currently, research on HIDE1 is still in the early stage, and targeted therapeutic strategies and related drugs for this protein are under preliminary preclinical exploration.
The following HIDE1 reagents supplied by CUSABIO are manufactured under a strict quality control system. Multiple applications have been validated and solid technical support is offered.
