IGSF9

IGSF9, also known as Immunoglobulin Superfamily Member 9, is a protein - coding gene. It has no widely - recognized common aliases. The protein is involved in neural development, potentially through mediating cell - cell adhesion and regulating axon guidance. It participates in neural - related signal pathways that are crucial for synapse formation and neural circuit assembly.

Regarding diseases, abnormalities in IGSF9 are associated with some neurological disorders. In drug research, as of now, there is limited progress targeting IGSF9 directly. However, understanding its function could provide new directions for treating related neural diseases in the future.

IHC image of CSB-PA23039A0Rb diluted at 1:200 and staining in paraffin-embedded human endometrial cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
