IKZF1

IKZF1, also known as IKAROS family zinc finger protein 1, has alternative names including IK1, LYF1, hIk-1, IKAROS, PPP1R92, PRO0758, and ZNFN1A1. IKZF1 belongs to the IKAROS family of transcription factors and has multiple zinc finger domains, which are involved in chromatin remodeling and the regulation of lymphocyte differentiation. The binding of IKZF1 to DNA and its interactions with other nuclear proteins can act as transcription activators or repressors, regulating the expression of target genes. IKZF1 plays a crucial role in the development of various hematopoietic and immune cells, particularly in the differentiation and proliferation of B cells and T cells. Dysfunction of IKZF1 is associated with multiple diseases, including malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, and immunodeficiencies, and its absence or malfunction is linked to acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and acute myeloid leukemia.

Overlay Peak curve showing Jurkat cells stained with CSB-RA266291A0HU (red line) at 1:50. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and permeated by 0.2% TritonX-100. Then 10% normal goat serum to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by the antibody (1µg/1*10⁶cells) for 45min at 4℃. The secondary antibody used was FITC-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) at 1:200 dilution for 35min at 4℃.Control antibody (green line) was rabbit IgG (1µg/1*10⁶cells) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >10,000 events was performed.
