CASZ1, also known as Castor zinc finger 1, is a transcription factor that plays a crucial role in neural, cardiac, and cardiovascular development. It is involved in regulating cell fate and tissue morphogenesis. CASZ1 functions through its zinc finger domains, which bind to DNA and regulate gene transcription. It is associated with various signaling pathways, including PI3K-AKT-mTOR and MAPK pathways, and is implicated in diseases such as neuroblastoma, cardiovascular disorders, and certain cancers. Research into CASZ1 has led to potential therapeutic targets for diseases like neuroblastoma and cardiovascular diseases, with ongoing drug development research exploring its role in various conditions.

IHC image of CSB-PA773036LA01HU diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human cervical cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
The following CASZ1 reagents supplied by CUSABIO are manufactured under a strict quality control system. Multiple applications have been validated and solid technical support is offered.
