CD30, or differentiation group 30, is a type I transmembrane protein that is a member of the tumour necrosis factor receptor superfamily.CD30 is expressed in a wide range of lymphocytes, and is particularly highly expressed in Hodgkin's lymphoma and certain non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. Its mechanism of action involves the activation of signalling pathways such as nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK), which promotes the survival and proliferation of tumour cells.CD30 plays a regulatory role in the differentiation, maturation, and activation of lymphocytes as well as serving as an important target for the diagnosis and treatment of lymphoma.
The following CD30 reagents supplied by CUSABIO are manufactured under a strict quality control system. Multiple applications have been validated and solid technical support is offered.
