CDC123, cell division cycle 12 protein, alias cell division cycle-associated protein.CDC123 is a highly conserved protein found in a wide variety of organisms, including human, mouse, Drosophila and yeast. It plays an important role in cell cycle regulation, protein folding, and responding to cellular stress. The mechanism of action of CDC123 involves interactions with a variety of proteins, including binding to the HSP90 molecular chaperone and participation in endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation (ERAD) processes, which help to maintain protein homeostasis and homeostasis of the intracellular environment.
The biological relevance of CDC123 is very broad; it participates in a variety of intracellular signaling pathways, including cell cycle progression, protein synthesis, and endoplasmic reticulum stress response, etc. Abnormal function of CDC123 has been associated with a variety of diseases, including certain types of cancers, neurodegenerative diseases, and metabolic diseases. For example, in tumor cells, the expression level of CDC123 may correlate with the tumor's ability to proliferate, invade and metastasize. In addition, CDC123 may be involved in regulating cellular responses to nutrient deficiency and oxidative stress, affecting cell survival and death. Therefore, CDC123 is a potential target in cell biology research and treatment of related diseases .
CDC123 Antibody (CSB-PA004984LA01HU)
Validated Data
IHC image of CSB-PA004984LA01HU diluted at 1:500 and staining in paraffin-embedded human endometrial cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
The following CDC123 reagents supplied by CUSABIO are manufactured under a strict quality control system. Multiple applications have been validated and solid technical support is offered.
