CLCA3 is a transmembrane protein that may contain multiple transmembrane domains, which may help it form ion channels or interact with other proteins. CLCA3 mainly participates in calcium-mediated signaling pathways, responding to changes in intracellular calcium concentration and regulating the opening and closing of chloride channels. In addition, CLCA3 may also be involved in epithelial transport processes, maintaining the normal function of epithelial tissues, and is associated with inflammation and immune responses, affecting the activation and migration of inflammatory cells by regulating the activity of chloride channels.
The following CLCA3P reagents supplied by CUSABIO are manufactured under a strict quality control system. Multiple applications have been validated and solid technical support is offered.
