CMKLR1

CMKLR1 (Chemokine-Like Receptor 1), also known as ChemR23, is a G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) expressed on monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, and adipocytes. It binds chemerin (an adipokine and chemoattractant) and resolvin E1 (RvE1, a pro-resolving lipid mediator), activating Gαi/o signaling to regulate immune cell recruitment, adipocyte differentiation, and metabolic balance.
Dysfunction of CMKLR1 links to obesity, metabolic syndrome (insulin resistance, dyslipidemia), and inflammatory disorders (atherosclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis). Drug development includes small-molecule antagonists for metabolic diseases (reducing adipocyte inflammation) and agonists for inflammatory conditions (promoting resolution), with several candidates in preclinical stages.

Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human breast cancer using CSB-PA005614LA01HU at dilution of 1:100

Immunofluorescence staining of HepG2 cells with CSB-PA005614LA01HU at 1:100, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
