CRISPLD1, full name cysteine-rich secretory protein LCCL domain-containing 1. It is an extracellular secreted protein regulating matrix homeostasis, tissue repair, cell adhesion and embryonic development.
Abnormal CRISPLD1 expression remodels tumor microenvironment and promotes invasion and metastasis in lung and liver cancers. Targeted therapeutics are under preliminary preclinical research with promising anti-tumor value.
