DAP10, also known as DNAX-activation protein 10, is a transmembrane adaptor protein. It is commonly recognized by its alias, p10. Functionally, DAP10 associates with activating receptors on natural killer (NK) cells and subsets of T cells. It activates intracellular signaling pathways mainly via the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) pathway.
Altered DAP10 function has been linked to certain immune - related diseases, potentially disrupting immune surveillance. In drug development, researchers are exploring ways to modulate DAP10 - mediated signaling for therapeutic purposes, aiming to enhance immune responses against tumors or manage autoimmune disorders. Further research is needed to translate these findings into clinical applications.
The following DAP10 reagents supplied by CUSABIO are manufactured under a strict quality control system. Multiple applications have been validated and solid technical support is offered.
